These kale chips are the simplest to make for an original aperitif!
Mix 200g of kale in a large bowl with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread the kale leaves on your oven tray covered in parchment paper and let them bake in the oven at 180°C for around 10 min. It’s as simple as that! You can replace the paprika and season these kale chips with whatever other spice you wish. Simply delicious!
