A nice idea for aperitif: parmesan crisps | by Marica Serio

In need of an original and delicious idea for your aperitifs?

These parmesan crisps are very easy to make. You can also use them as a side for your meat dishes or salads. All you need is to combine 100 g of grated parmesan with one branch of finely minced rosemary and pepper in a bowl. Place spoonfuls of the mixture at 2-3 cm intervals on your oven tray covered in parchment paper and gently flatten the parmesan domes with the back of your spoon. Let them bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.

Follow your imagination and replace the rosemary with other herbs or spices of your choice like paprika, cumin, fresh thyme, crushed nuts…
