How do you get your kids to eat their veggies without getting into a battle of wills?
An easy and delicious way to prepare all sorts of veggies is to cut them into sticks, season them with fresh herbs, a drizzle of olive oil, some salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-40 min, or until golden brown. Start with sweeter vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin bites, courgettes or aubergines. Save the stronger, bitter tastes like broccoli, asparagus, for later. Any type of vegetable works very well and the result is guaranteed!
